This is a three-year renewable, non-tenure earning faculty position (full-time, 12-month) to begin January 2025. Successful candidates must have an MSW degree from a CSWE-accredited institution, at least three years of post-MSW social work experience, and preferably licensed to practice social work at the LCSW level in Alabama or be license-eligible. Previous practicum education experience and/or classroom teaching experience are expected. Applicants should be eager to work with students in both the undergraduate and master’s programs and have interest and expertise in reaching our diverse student body through in-person and online education. In addition, applicants will engage in developing resources and building relationship with agencies needed in practicum education. The expected start date is January 1, 2025.
