College Scholarship and Stewardship Coordinator - 530694
The College Scholarship and Stewardship Coordinator creates process and procedures and oversees the administration of annual scholarship and endowed accounts for a college. Oversees award decisions and stewardship of scholarships. Creates processes and procedures for departmental scholarship decisions ensuring that departments are handling the scholarship processes and procedures appropriately within their departments. Provides guidance for departmental award decisions. Maintains detailed database of all scholarship funds available, their source, and MOA award criteria. Reviews and updates database regularly to ensure that all scholarship funds are being appropriately allocated. Establishes and executes stewardship guidelines and stewardship plans for all college endowments and gift funds.

The Law School Externship Program Director oversees the law school externship program in accordance with American Bar Association (ABA) rules and institutional policies. Designs externship courses and programs, including student assessments, exams, and/or papers. Manages enrollment and approves placements. Evaluates and monitors the quality of the externship experience. Conducts periodic program reviews to improve learning outcomes and student experiences. Develops programming and resources to educate students about externship opportunities. Teaches externship courses, workshops, and academic components of the program and advises externship students. Develops and facilitates employer relations to create externship opportunities. Acts as a liaison to field supervisors, field placements, and other external partners and stakeholders.
Associate Director Law Library Collection Services - 530792
The Associate Director of the Law Library Collection Services oversees day-to-day collection maintenance and development for the Law Library. Serves as a member of the law library administrative team. Establishes and maintains vendor relations. Supervises, leads, and trains staff members and indirectly supervises student employees that support collections. Monitors, plans, and coordinates the shelving, shifting, and organizing of library collections. Makes retention, binding, de-selection, and withdrawal recommendations. Leads inventory efforts, including lost and missing items. Designs, implements, and evaluates projects designed to enhance the library’s collections and their usage. Coordinates collection assessment and development by analyzing institutional data, usage statistics, interlibrary loan data, and other metrics. Analyzes and predicts future expenditures while tracking and reporting actual expenditures.
